It sounds like there’s a big school bond on your future Jefferson City ballot. Details are expected Monday on a plan to build a new Jefferson City High School complex, possibly on land along 179 near the new St. Marys Health Center. The ambitious project could cost as much as $70 million. You could see the bond proposal as soon as the spring ballot next year. There has been talk of Lincoln University and Linn State Technical College buying the current high school building.
