An accused murderer will wait even longer for his day in court.
David Hosier of Jefferson City is charged with killing his former girlfriend and her estranged husband in 2009 outside a West Main apartment.
After the deaths of Angela and Rodney Gilpin, Hosier was caught in Oklahoma after fleeing from Jeff City.
The reason for the delay of his trial is that prosecutors are having problems getting an imported jury to hear the case. Hosier will now tentatively go to court in October, and his trial was supposed to have started back in January.
