Three out of four aldermen vote to get rid of three Ashland city officials, and there’s been no comment so far as to why it happened.
Aldermen made the shake-up during a city council meeting Tuesday. City Administrator Kelly Henderson, Police Chief Anthony Consiglio, and city Attorney David Bandre will not be retained by the city of Ashland.
The city administrator and police chief will stay on the job until the mayor appoints their replacements. On top of all that, Mayor Michael Jackson says he plans to retire.
