Some local drug traffickers will be spending years in prison for their roles in dealing pot and cocaine.
A federal judge sentenced three men yesterday Monday in connection to the drug ring. Gary Holloway, 34, of Callaway County will serve four years after buying marijuana from his brother, Jason.
Jeffrey Patterson, 41, of Fulton and 37-year-old Damon Lower of Columbia are connected to Jason Holloway in separate cases. Patterson will spend seven-and-a-half years in prison for being his main cocaine customer. Lower stored Holloway’s drugs, and is sentenced to two-and-a-half years behind bars.
Jason Holloway is still waiting to be sentenced, but admitted in March to making regular bulk purchases of weed and cocaine from a Kansas City dealer. He brought the drugs back for re-sale in Mid-Missouri.
