(AP) – The Missouri Court of Appeals’ Western District is taking its proceedings on the road next week.
A panel from the Kansas City-based court will hear arguments in three cases Nov. 14 at Westminster College in Fulton.
Judges from the three districts of the Missouri Court of Appeals occasionally hold sessions outside their regular courtrooms to help the public observe their work. The judges sometimes take breaks between cases to discuss the court system and explain the proceedings.
The session at Westminster will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the college’s Hunter Activity Center.
