(9:15am) — An early morning Holts Summit fire forces the evacuation of a apartment complex. Firefighters were called around 2-am (Mon) about the fire at Evergreen Condos. Flames were showing when they arrived. People in 30 – units got out safely. A Holts Summit church sheltered the rest of them. There’s no word yet on a cause.

Holts Summit firefighters are on the scene of an early morning fire at the Evergreen Apartments. Crews were called out around 2-am. They’ve been on the scene ever since. Flames could be seen from the surrounding neighborhoods off east Simon Blvd. No word on the extent of damage or a cause.

KMIZ — HOLTS SUMMIT, Mo. – Multiple agencies responded to a two-story house fire in Holts Summit Saturday night, and the fire was fully involved when units arrived on scene. The residents of the home on County Road 4029 evacuated safely, Holts Summit Fire Protection District officials said.

First responders were still working to control the fire at 9 p.m. Saturday. Multiple units responded to the fire, including Holts Summit Fire Protection District, Jefferson City Fire Department, South Callaway Fire Protection District and New Bloomfield Fire Protection District.
