Pedestrian dies after being hit by car on Madison

Jefferson City Police are still looking into a downtown crash that killed a pedestrian Sunday afternoon. Police were called to the 200 block of Madison Street just after noon. One person was taken to a local hospital and later died. No name or any other information has been released.
