It’s official. Jefferson City’s Capital Mall has been sold.
Developers Mike, Bud and Kirk Farmer bought the mall from General Growth Properties of Des Moines.
The Farmers own Farmers Concrete, Capital Sand and other properties. An independent company will manage the mall. Kirk Farmer played in the NFL after quarterbacking the Missouri Tigers. General Growth also owns Columbia Mall.
