			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Warwick Village was major food, fuel and rest stop for travellers across Missouri when it was built in the 1930s.  Harry Truman was among the thousands of visitors who stopped there over the years.  At one time it was considered the unofficial Missouri Democratic Party &#8220;headquarters&#8221;.  After Warwick Village stood empty for several years, Hank and Linda Stratman saw the potential and purchased it.  They have since developed it &#8212; renamed <a href="http://www.thevillagesquare.net/" target="_blank">The Village Square </a>&#8211; and have added several business tenants, including Tricia and Jim Kellerman of &#8220;<a href="https://www.facebook.com/pages/Finishing-Touches-Fabulous-Finds/352507358167432" target="_blank">Finishing Touches And Fabulous Finds</a>&#8220;.  We talked with Hank and Jim on KWOS Open Air.
