Down to the wire at the Capitol

This is the last day of the state legislative session. Lawmakers have until 6:00 to pass bills. One measure to watch at the Capitol in Jefferson City. .. another push to make Missouri the last state in the country with a prescription drug monitoring program. The measure passed the House this week, but still needs one more vote in the Senate to make it to the governor’s desk.
