Fire at Popular JC Restaurant

It looks like a popular Jefferson City restaurant will be out of commission for a while. The Jefferson City Fire Department says an electrical problem sparked a fire that did heavy damage to the kitchen at Oscar’s. Firefighters were on the scene for several hours overnight, and contained the blaze mostly in the kitchen.
