JC Department Head Resigns

A Jefferson City department head is resigning. Public Works director Roger Schwartze is stepping down. Schwartze came onboard in January of 2012 after retiring as MoDOT’s local district engineer. Public works is the city’s largest department. The city is in the midst of major budget cutbacks.
