Lewis & Clark Reenactors Return

The Lewis & Clark “Discovery Expedition Of St. Charles” made a stop in Jefferson City Wednesday. Our friend Bill Stine met the boats at the river, and invited reenactor John McNulty to join us on KWOS Open Air. What’s it like to re-create a 200 year old journey? Listen now:

The boats and crew launch downstream for Hermann and New Haven on Thursday morning at 9-9:30 AM. Come out and see them pass by the Capitol. The cannon may be fired as they pass by with a military salute!

  2. Bill Stine says:

They head down Missouri to Hermann Thursday morn at about 9-9:30AM. See them from the Bridge bike/pedestrian trail at overlook for a birdseye view.

    Thanks for the info, Bill!

John McNulty was excellent. Guests like that bring history to life and engage your listeners. We need more guests like him.
