A man accused of murder in a drug deal gone wrong walks free from the Cole County Courthouse.
29-year-old Brandon Chase and two other men were accused of killing Keith Mosely in Jefferson City last April. The jury came back Thursday deadlocked… so the judge had to declare a mistrial.
One man is already serving 20 years in prison for the murder, while the third suspect still awaits his trial. A new trial for Chase is already scheduled for later this month.
