An early Sunday car chase has the driver facing charges.
The car was spotted on Old Highway 54 south of New Bloomfield when the driver, Colby Stuart, wouldn’t stop. After the chase, Stuart jumped out of the car and got away after stopping on a county road. Deputies say a passenger was asleep in the car when it crashed into a ditch. Stuart later turned himself in.
