Truman Hotel Illness Still Unknown

We still don’t know for sure why so many people got sick at Jefferson City’s Truman Hotel last week. As many as 80 people became ill during a coroner’s conference there. Two attendees did test positive for the flu, but health department officials can’t confirm that’s what caused the problems. They have said it doesn’t appear the illness had anything to do with food served to the conference attendees, but the investigation continues.
