We’ve learned about some charges filed in Cole County, against two people that allegedly fired shots in broad daylight on a prominent street in the capital city.

Roy Dowdy and Quinton Hickmon of Jefferson City both face weapons and resisting arrest charges, following the incident on East Dunklin Monday afternoon. They are also both accused of burglarizing a home on Chestnut Street soon after that.

JCPD says a third suspect is also in custody, and charges are pending there.
