WARREN has 40 years’ experience in broadcasting, and is a 28-year veteran of Jefferson City radio. He is the current and 3-time winner of the News Tribune’s “Readers Choice” award for favorite local radio personality, and Jefferson City Magazine’s “Best Of Jefferson City”.
Warren is an active local emcee and speaker for charities including Samaritan Center, Special Olympics, and Heart Association. He is Chairman of the Jefferson City United Way Board Of Directors. Warren was also host of the Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon for 13 years on KOMU TV.
A graduate of the University Of Minnesota and an Army veteran, Warren served with American Forces Radio & TV in East Africa. He owns a farm in South Dakota with his brother. Warren’s wife Marcia is a retired Jefferson City teacher. His daughter Sarah lives in St. Louis. His son Ben is in the US Army. Warren enjoys acting in local theatre productions, spending time on his farm, the Cardinals, community service and, above all, his family.
