Knock it down or fix it up? That’s the decision for the owner of a Jefferson City building at High and Madison that partially collapsed last week. Andy Neidert owns the structure downtown. Crews have shored up the brick wall that came down last Thursday. The city hopes to have at least partial traffic allowed back on the 200 – block of Madison by next week. There’s no word on when a decision will be made on the future of the building.
