An arrest after a man is pistol whipped inside a Fulton McDonalds

Fulton police have arrested the person they say shot a gun inside a McDonald’s. Brian Heathcock of Caruthersville is already in jail somewhere else on different charges. Investigators now say he’s the guy who hit someone in the head with a gun a couple times early Saturday, then fired a shot in the Fulton fast food place on South Business 54. A warrant for that came down yesterday (wed).
