Georgia man faces kidnapping charges after Osage County incident

A Georgia man faces charges after attacking a woman in Osage County. 45 – year old James Sims of Rossville Georgia is accused of punching the woman and holding her against her will. He was arrested be Belle officers and is facing charges of kidnapping and domestic assault.
