Brief lockdown for a few JCMO schools

Jefferson City High School, Nichols Career Center and nearby Thorpe Gordon Elementary were locked down briefly this (Wed) morning. Police received a shots – fired report from a neighborhood near the schools around 8:45. They found nothing and the lockdown was lifted ten minutes later.
