The Goddess is down

Ceres, the Roman goddess of agriculture, comes down from her lofty perch for the first time in nearly 100 years. A giant crane brought down the statue atop the Missouri Capitol so it can be refurbished. The 10 – foot tall statue hasn’t been down since 1924.
