Charges Filed for LU Murder

Charges are filed for the murder of a Lincoln University student. Jefferson City Police report that 19 year old Michael Bouchee has been charged with 2^nd Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action for the death of 23-year-old D’Angelo Bratton Bland on December 11^th of last year. Bouchee fled Missouri after the shooting and has been detained in Texas. Arrangements are being made to return him back to Missouri. Also charged in the case is 29-year-old Deangelo Frazier, who is already incarcerated for other charges unrelated to the shooting.
