Council members talk about term limits

The Jefferson City city council spent part of Monday night talking about whether or not to put an issue on the April ballot that would change the city’s current term limit provisions. Councilmen Rick Mihalevich and Laura Ward joined John and Dick for a discussion on the pros and cons. The interview is posted below.
