JCMO Mayor Tergin has a challenger

Jefferson City Mayor Carrie Tergin has an opponent in her re-election bid. Business owner Tiwan Lewis filed for the race. The seat is on the April 2^nd ballot. Tergin was elected in 2015. She defeated five other candidates.
