Will JCMO Council throw out term limits?

Some former Jefferson City officials might get another shot at running for local office. Councilmen are discussing revising the term limits now in place. As it stands, Jefferson City council members can’t run for a fifth two year term while mayors can only serve two four year terms. There’s a January 14^th public hearing scheduled on the potential change.
