Big weekend winds ventilate Capitol wrap

This weekend, some of the biggest blustering in Jefferson City happened outside the state capitol building, not inside it. The strong winds tore off some of the covering protecting the capitol during the big renovation project. Jefferson City’s airport recorded a 56 mile an hour wind gust. It topped out at 63 miles an hour at Columbia Regional Airport.
