Fire burns Fulton duplex

Heavy flames do damage to a two-story duplex in Fulton. Crews there say the fire started in the attic Saturday night on West 9th Street. Everyone got out safely. The fire led to 35-thousand dollars in damage. No word yet on what caused it.
