Holts Summit Teen Charges As An Adult Over Shooting

A 16-year-old from Holts Summit is now being charged as an adult over a shooting and burglary at a Holts Summit apartment complex. The Callaway County prosecutor charged Devin Schrimpf last Thursday with armed criminal action, attempted robbery, and burglary. Authorities learned about shots fired on June 27, 2018 at the Evergreen apartment complex near Holts Summit. The complex burned to the ground last month.
