Korean ‘expert’ isn’t buying into latest summit

One military Korea specialist says he doesn’t trust the North Koreans at all. Retired Army Lt. Colonel Steve Tharp spent much of his career as both an active duty Army and civilian Korean expert, even serving as a negotiator at Panmunjom …Tharp says the President should be wary.

Tharp grew up in Jefferson City but now lives in Seoul. He says Kim Jong Un’s million – man army sits just 40 miles away from South Korea’s capital and he has no intention of giving up his ‘nukes’.
