Former County Collector Sentenced

A former County Collector will spend 30 months in prison. Pamela Oestreich served as the Callaway County Collector before resigning after suspicious activity was discovered on a county checking account. Oestrich pleaded guilty to stealing money from an organization that receives federal funds on over one hundred separate occasions. Along with the prison sentence, she has been ordered to pay over $370,000 in restitution fees.
