Fulton fugitive found in the basement

Fulton Police find a fugitive hiding in a basement this week. Travis Schroer was caught after officer were tipped off Monday that he was at a house on 8^th Street. Schroer was wanted for assault and resisting arrest in Cole County plus a parole violation.
