Human Remains Found in Callaway County Have Been Identified

Human remains found last month west of Fulton belonged to a 39-year-old man. That’s according to the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office, who say the body was Loy Peters. His remains were found off a county road on February 24^th. Foul play is not suspected.
