Is Missouri’s Revenue Director calling it quits today?

Missouri revenue department director is on the way out. Politicians from both parties have already put out statements about Joel Walters leaving. Walters has spent the past couple months getting yelled at by lawmakers, over a tax withholding issue that is affecting some people’s returns. He said for a while it was an error in tax tables, but then said he was trying to improve the calculation after changes to federal tax law.
