More damaged homes on East Capitol awarded to the Housing Authority

You can bet the potential developers will line up for some abandoned Capitol Avenue homes as soon as they come on the market. Judge Pat Joyce ruled for the Housing Authority, directing the owner to sell five houses and two lots. Barbara Buesher owns the homes and property on East Capitol, State Street and Jackson Street. This was the second suit filed against her by the city.
