Another prison sentence comes down tied to a large mid-Missouri meth ring. Shadeed Muhammad from the state of California will spend more than 11 years in federal prison, a judge ruled yesterday (mon). Muhammad pleaded guilty last year to mailing packages with more than 800 grams of meth each to people in Columbia and Jefferson City from 2016 to 2017. James Larkins of Columbia, and Javiar Rossar, Bria Lanier-Richie, and Robert McNair of Jefferson City have all pleaded guilty to their roles in the meth ring.
