Woman faces charges in daughter’s fire death

A Maries County woman is arrested after her daughter dies in a weekend fire. 43 – year old Tracy Ellis of St. James is jailed after her 14 – year old disabled daughter died in the fire at a home near Vichy Sunday night. The State Fire Marshal is looking into the cause.
