Judge to rule on High Street building .. if it doesn’t fall down first

Cole County Judge Pat Joyce will decide if and when two downtown Jefferson City buildings have to be torn down. The building on the corner of 200 East High partially collapsed last summer. The owner of that building and the structure next door are in court. They could face either fixing up or tearing down the buildings within 60 days.
