Amtrak ‘back on track’

Local flood recovery is chugging along. Amtrak today (thur) partially resumes passenger train service between Saint Louis and Kansas City. Those routes were suspended two weeks ago because freight traffic needed to use the lines due to flooding elsewhere. Amtrak says to expect delays because of all the freight traffic still using the lines, and it will still use chartered buses in some cases.
