JCMO shooter named, charged – still on the loose

Cole County’s prosecutor has filed charges against the man authorities say shot someone in Jefferson City late Monday. Michael Miller is wanted on charges of armed criminal action, robbery, and more after the shooting on Monroe Street near Stadium Boulevard. Investigators say Miller shot the victim while robbing him. That victim is in the hospital with serious injuries at last check.
