Will ABB plant stay high and dry?

It’s a waiting game at the ABB plant in the river bottom. So far the transformer plant remains open even as floodwaters creep onto the parking lot. A spokesman says shifts have been adjusted for the safety of employees. The water hasn’t made it inside the building. Highway – 94 is closed by the rising waters just down the road from the plant.
