JC Council talks medical marijuana

Jefferson City’s Council moves ahead with setting some ordinances for medical marijuana dispensaries. Last night they approved adding another zoning district where the businesses could operate. They also clarified the rule that the marijuana dispensaries cannot be within 1000 – feet of a school, church or day care.
