ATV crook busted in the Kingdom of Callaway

A stolen ATV turns up in southern Callaway County. Deputies say they found it on Oak Street in Mokane early yesterday (thur). They arrested Jamon Otey. The Steedman man allegedly stole the ATV, and had meth on him when he was cuffed.
