JCMO Man charged after police chase

A Jefferson City man is charged after a police chase. Dennis Moses is accused of running from officers and crashing into another car. They first tried to pull him over for expired plates but he took off. Moses then hit the other vehicle at Clark Avenue and East McCarty. He was finally caught when he ran off into a yard on Stephan Drive. Moses had meth in his car.
