Shooter arrested

Jefferson City police have tracked down a shooting suspect. Arthur Phillips is now in jail with a 50-thousand dollar bond. Investigators say they’ve got Phillips on surveillance video causing some property damage with a gun near Broadway and West Atchison on the 3rd. He also was allegedly selling some fake drugs.
