You better fix up that sidewalk

Jefferson City crews say city law does require homeowners to keep the sidewalks on their property in good repair. The Council’s public works committee has been working on tweaking the ordinance. Several homeowners spoke out in opposition to the law. The work is required under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
