Man now charged after shots fired at a funeral

A Jefferson City man is now charged after shooting up a funeral for a teen murdered back in November. 23 – year old Pierre Starks was first arrested in December for shooting at the funeral of 17 – year old Earle Key who was killed Thanksgiving night. Two other men are charged in Key’s killing.
