Pot bust on the ‘Boulevard’

A Jefferson City man faces drug sale charges after being pulled over on Missouri Blvd. Police say they stopped Kaharri Ray Wednesday and smelled marijuana coming from his car. The found drugs, packaging materials and cash in the car. A 13 – year old in car was allowed to leave with family members.
