Admission will keep JCMO man off of Death Row

A Jefferson City man pleads guilty in a deadly double stabbing. The prosecutor said yesterday (tue) he agreed to not seek the death penalty in exchange for Brandon Rapier’s plea. Rapier killed Ciera Kolb and Micah Hall at a home on Grant Street in Jefferson City in 2016. Rapier is looking at life in prison without parole.
